Pal & Lore is a brand operated by Peak Clix LLC, at 1207 Delaware Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States. These terms govern purchases on palandlore.com. Our contact details appear below.

We create personalized, AI-generated portraits from photos of pets and, optionally, their people. These are digitally generated artworks, not original hand-painted commissions. Review the actual preview before purchasing; AI can alter details and likeness is not guaranteed.

A digital purchase includes a downloadable PNG of the selected generated portrait without the preview watermark, for personal use. Resolution depends on the selected generation settings and source image. A digital purchase does not include a physical print or decorative frame. Printed products, when offered, are separate items with their own size, material and framing description.

Purchasers must be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live. Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use, and obtain permission from anyone shown. A parent or guardian must authorize photos of children. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit or infringing content.

You retain your rights in your source photos. You permit us and our service providers to process the submitted material to create, store and deliver your portrait and resolve support requests. We do not claim ownership of your original photos.

Preview generation is free within the limits shown in the studio. Generation time varies and requests may fail. A failed free preview is not a paid order. You are charged only when you complete checkout.

Prices show an explicit currency code. Review the selected image, product type, quantity, shipping charge and final total before payment. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Stripe processes card details; we do not receive your full card number or card security code. Orders depend on successful payment confirmation.

Our Delivery & Shipping and Refunds, Returns & Cancellations policies form part of these terms. They explain download access, print delivery, cancellations and remedies for defective or missing products. Contact us if you need help with your purchase.

For immediate digital access, checkout asks for your express request to begin delivery and acknowledgment that, where applicable law allows, the change-of-mind withdrawal right ends when delivery begins. This does not remove rights concerning faulty, missing or misdescribed content.

You may download, display and print a purchased digital portrait for your own personal use, including personal gifts. Commercial resale, sublicensing or use of our brand requires separate written permission. We do not promise that AI-generated output is unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Third-party rights still apply.

Where offered, the portrait bundle discount is 20% for two portrait units and 30% for three or more portrait units in the same order. It applies to eligible portrait prices, not shipping, and is displayed in the checkout total. It is not a subscription. Separate promotions must state their eligibility and conditions.

We may restrict abusive or unlawful use and take the service offline for maintenance. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will provide a suitable remedy, including a refund where appropriate or required.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Delaware law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving you of protections or courts available under mandatory law in your place of residence. Contact us first so we can investigate any dispute.

The version in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase. Future changes will be published with a revised effective date.
